Here's how you can set up a referral program in Punchpass and incentivize current customers to share your business.
How a Referral Program in Punchpass Can Work
In Punchpass, each customer profile allows you to enter a referral source. Here are a few options for collecting customer referral information!
Option 1: Manually enter the information into a customer account
From the customer account, click the Info tab, and press the Edit Info button; and you can manually enter this information for them.
Option 2: Create an Intake Form
If you're on our Redwood plan, you can also set up an intake form to collect this information when a customer creates an account.

Option 3: Ask Customers to Their Account Profile with an Automation
Customers can also update their account information! When signed into Punchpass, if they visit their profile (link is in the upper-right corner), they'l find the "My Profile" section. Entering a referral source lives at the b
Directing Students to Their Profile
After creating an account, guide customers to complete their account profile using the Welcome Email automation, and you can then track the referral source from their profile in the New Customers report.
When signed in, students can use this link to the My Profile section:

Tracking Referrals with the New Customers Report
You'll be able to review your new customers and their referrals, you'll find a report with all of your new customers listed in the Customers > New Customers report.
