Punnchpass can automatically take attendance for all of your sessions!
With this setting turned on, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you regularly check your Reports, specifically your Attendances with No Pass report and your Memberships report as there may be times when customers do not have a pass or their membership payment failed, and you will want to keep an eye out for that!
Automatically Mark All Reservations as Attending
Head to Manage > Settings > General Settings and check the box under Attendance Settings. Then click Save!
During attendance, Punchpass displays some special information about the customers coming to class, so we often recommend taking attendance to help you and your instructors. However, we understand that you might prefer to have everyone marked automatically, and this feature might be for you!
This feature is ideal if you:
Only host online classes with our Zoom integration, livestream with another service, or offer recorded classes and want to debit everyone who receives the link
Are not tracking payment, but want to track attendance based on reservations
Have your settings to require an active pass to book and are willing to keep an eye on reports for occasional special cases.
