When a regular instructor can't make it, having a smooth way to add a substitute keeps your schedule on track and your customers in the loop. Punchpass makes it easy to update your class instructor so everything keeps running without a hitch.

Taking Attendance as a Substitute
If the instructor has an account, when they log into Punchpass, they'll see any classes they're listed as a substitute for on their schedule. They'll then take attendance as usual.
When an instructor doesn't have a user account, another administrator on the account will need to mark attendance for the class or you could consider turning on automated attendance if you frequently have guest instructors!
