Option 1: Punchpass + Stripe Integration
This is our most comprehensive, hands-off, time-saving approach to taking online payments and the one that most Punchpass users will choose.
Using Stripe makes it feel like the students are buying their passes and memberships on your custom Punchpass pages but using Stripe to process the payment.
💡 Tip: The payment methods available at Stripe checkout can be customized based on your location and preferences. You can add additional payment methods like bank transfers, digital wallets, and local payment options to give your students more ways to pay.
With this option your students can:
Purchase passes online and instantly have them available for use
Purchase recurring memberships online and have the payments automatically charged to their credit card on the membership renewal date
Buy Tickets to workshops and special events
Purchase gift cards
In addition, you (and your instructors) can:
Take in-person credit card payments at your studio for passes, memberships and Tickets
Require a valid pass on file for each reservation (if the student doesn't have a current pass then we'll let them know which ones they can buy)
Create discount codes for pass purchases
Offer donation-based passes
Manually assign passes paid via other payment methods (Paypal, Venmo, cash, bank transfer, etc.)
Option 2: Punchpass + External Payment Providers
You can accept Venmo, Paypal, etc. as payment for your passes and memberships - in addition to accepting payments by Stripe and/or Square.
Simply set up your Purchase a Pass page to list any online offers, reconcile payment with your payment provider, and manually assign the purchase to a customer account.

Option 3: Punchpass + Square Integration
We offer an integration with Square by request. If you're interested in acceping payments through Square, just reach out to Punchpass Support and we'll activate it on your account.
Tips for Using the Square Integration:
Currently limited to selling passes.
Allows you easily accept in-person payments using Square's point-of-sale readers or online through your Square web store.
Your Square passes can also be sold directly through the Purchase a Pass page.
Square is not compatible with recurring memberships or our Tickets feature.

In-Person Payment Options with Punchpass
It's easy to accept payments in person with Punchpass! The process is as easy as assigning a pass and picking your payment method.
Option 1: Assign the Pass + Collect Payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, or Something Else
You'll collect payment through your preferred method and then quickly assign a pass to the customer in Punchpass. Taking payment with cash is easy, we've got a workflow outlined for you and your team.
Option 2: Assign the Pass + Collect Payment via Stripe In-Person
You can also collect payments with Stripe in-person, no external card reader required! Here's how to collect payment in person or invoice someone for payment using Stripe.
Send Invoices for Payment with Punchpass
With Punchpass, you can also directly assign customers passes, memberships, and tickets and then collect payment.
With invoices, you can email students their invoice, handle the payment collection outside of Punchpass, or collect payment in person.
