With Punchpass, keeping your customers updated is simple! Whether you’re sharing news, promotions, or class updates, sending a newsletter to your active customer list is a breeze. Here’s how:
Step 1: Create an Email Template
Start by preparing your newsletter content. Write your email in your favorite software, and once it’s ready, paste the content into the body of an email template in Punchpass.
Email Templates live in Manage > Settings > Email Templates.
Using email templates has several benefits:
Consistency: Save your email template to reuse for future newsletters.
Professional Look: Include images, links, and custom formatting to make your newsletter engaging.
Reusable: If have you images or content you always want to include, it's saved! You can update the written content for each newsletter you send.

Step 2: Send to Your Active Customers
Navigate to Customers > Active Customers in Punchpass.
At the top of the page, click Email All Customers.
Select your prepared email template from the list. This will prefill the subject and body of the email.
Review your email and hit send!
That’s it—your newsletter is on its way to your active customers.
Additional Options: Targeted Emails
Want to email specific groups of customers?
Many of the reports in Punchpass allow you to select an entire or audience or filter the results to and target your audience and email them!
This is perfect for sending updates to a select group, like members of a particular class or customers with a specific membership type.
