Exporting Customer Lists
Choose your customer list
Navigate to the specific customer list you want to export (e.g., All Customers, New Customers, etc.)
For example, to export new customers, go to Customers > New Customers
Export the list
Select the customers you wish to export (use the checkboxes or Select All option)
Click the Export button
Your customer data will be emailed to you for download as a CSV, XLS, or PDF file
Using Your Exported Lists
You can use your exported customer lists with various email marketing platforms:
Import to email marketing tools
Open your preferred email marketing software
Locate their "Import Subscribers" or similar option
Follow their specific instructions for CSV imports
Map Punchpass fields to the appropriate fields in your email tool, if applicable.
