If your classes are already defined and your schedule is basically in place, you might need to adjust specific sessions without changing your recurring schedule.

Navigate to your Schedule

You can do this from the Schedule view of Punchpass. From the navigation, click Schedule > Calendar. We find that the calendar view is often the easier view to make these changes, but you can also make adjustments from the list view as well!

You'll see a nice calendar view of your classes here which matches the layout & color you set up for your public calendar. There are buttons to quickly jump between months, and you can filter the calendar by class or by location.

Editing an Individual Class

  1. From the Schedule, click on the class to open the details page, and from the Actions menu, click Edit Class.

  2. On the class details page, you can change the class name, the instructor, the option for your custom filter, the class date and time, duration, and change the class from online to in-person or in-person to online.

If you'd like to add a new option to your custom filter, please visit Manage > Settings > Public Schedule and the custom filter settings can be found at the bottom of the page.

  3. To change the class length:

    • Select the checkbox to Set Custom Class Length,

    • Select the new class length from the dropdown

  4. Make any changes and press Save.

Quick Actions

When looking at the Schedule, you might there is a three-dot icon next to each class. Select the three-dot icon for the class date and you'll open a pop-up menu that allows you to take a few quick actions on the class.

These options include:

  • Edit the class details

  • Delete this class

  • Mark as cancelled

  • and changing the class from in-person to online or the other way around, if you're using our Zoom integration.

Need to make more significant changes to the schedule?

You can edit your recurring schedule of classes and you can also take bulk actions to adjust the schedule too.
