New Feature Alert! Starting from December 2024, you can set class types and recurring classtimes to have different booking cutoffs than the default booking cutoff.
Under Manage Settings > Online Reservations, you can define your default booking cutoff window that applies in general to your classes. However, you may want a different booking cutoff for a specific type of class you offer or when a class happens at a particular time. This can be useful if you offer lots of private sessions, sessions early in the morning, or when your instructor lives a significant distance from the studio and you don't want people trying to book too close to the class start time.

How to Create a Class with a Custom Booking Cutoff
When you set up a class, you define the custom booking cutoff if it is different
From Manage > Classes, Click Set Up A New Class
Under the class Reservations Settings, toggle on Set custom booking cutoff for this class. A dropdown will appear, select your preferred cutoff time for this class type:
Fill in your class details and click Next to set pass eligibility.
When you create class times for this Class type, the booking cutoff will reflect the class custom cutoff time (unless you choose to set a different custom cutoff for a recurring class time).
How to Add a Custom Booking Cutoff to an Existing Class
You also can edit a class so any instances of the class will reflect the new booking cutoff!
Here's how:
From Manage > Classes, select an existing class.
Press the Actions dropdown at the top of the page and select Edit
Under the class Reservation Settings, toggle on Set custom booking cutoff for this class. A dropdown will appear, select your preferred cutoff time for this class type:
Press Save
How to Add a Recurring Classtime with a Custom Booking Cutoff
You may want to set a booking cutoff for a recurring classtime that is different from your other classtimes. For instance, if you offer a 6am spot for a private session, you might want to prevent someone from booking in the middle of the night when you may not be aware of it! Here's how to set that up:
From Manage > Classes, select the existing class type.
Press the Manage the Schedule button at the top of the page, or if you are lower on the page Manage the Repeating Schedule
Set the classtime settings and then check the box Set custom booking cutoff for this class. A dropdown will appear, select your preferred cutoff time for this classtime:
Click Add Classtime at the bottom of the page
