What Languages Does Punchpass Offer?
Your Punchpass schedule can be displayed to your customers in English, French, Spanish (2 dialects), German, Swedish, Dutch, Chinese (traditional), Japanese, and Norwegian (1 dialect).
If you're a dual-language studio, we recommend using both languages when creating class names, descriptions, and customer communications to support multiple languages.

How to Change the Primary Language of Your Punchpass Account
To select the language for your Punchpass account, follow these steps.
From your Punchpass account, select Manage > Settings > General Settings.
Scroll down to the Standards and Formats section.
Select Your Preferred Language – Choose from the available language options in the dropdown menu.
Save Your Changes – Click Save to apply the new language settings.
Your customers will now see your Punchpass site in the selected language.
