International Language Support
Change the language of Punchpass! Customers can see your schedule, make reservations, and purchase passes in your preferred language.
Here's how to make that change:
Navigate to Manage > Settings > General Settings to select your preferred language.
International Date & Time Support
Go to Manage > Setting > General Settings to select the date & time formatting option that reflects your home preference.
Payment Processing Considerations for Online Purchases
If you plan to accept online payments through Punchpass, your ability to do so depends on Stripe, our integrated payment processor. Stripe supports businesses in many countries, but availability varies. To check if Stripe operates in your country, visit Stripe's Supported Countries.
If Stripe is not available in your region, you can still use Punchpass and accept payments manually or through an alternative system outside of Punchpass.
Using Punchpass and Stripe in Your Preferred Currency
With a couple of quick steps, you'll be up and selling online in no time! Here's how to get started:
Select your preffered currencey in Punchpass. From Manage > Settings > General Settings to select your home currency.
Connect Stripe account to Punchpass. When connecting your Stripe account to Punchpass, we'll use the currency selection of your Stripe account.
Confirm that your preferred Stripe account currency is being used in the Online Payments section (Manage > Settings > Online Payments) of your Punchpass account.
If Stripe accepts your home currency but you don't see it listed in Punchpass, just let us know & we'll add it.
Online Payment Options for Countries Not Supported by Stripe

Our team will update your company's currency and Stripe settings to your local one, and then you can test the connection and pass sales.

Punchpass Supports Multiple Locations
Punchpass allows you to add multiple class locations to one schedule within your account. This makes it easy to manage multiple venues while keeping everything in one place.
For payment processing, keep in mind that only one Stripe account can be linked to a single Punchpass account at a time. If you operate multiple locations under the same account, all payments will be processed through the same Stripe account and transferred to your connected bank account.
If you need to keep locations completely separate—such as for distinct financial reporting or different business structures—you can set up a second Punchpass account. We offer a 10% discount for multiple-location accounts. If you’re considering this option, reach out to our Support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
