Choosing Your Date and Time Format
Punchpass allows you to choose how dates and times appear throughout your account.
Go to Manage > Settings > General Settings.
Locate the Date & Time Format Options – Find the section where you can adjust formatting.
Select Your Preferred Format – Choose between different options, such as:
Date Format: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
Time Format: 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour (military time)
Save Your Changes – Click Save to apply your preferences.
How This Affects Your Account
Your selected time zone ensures all class schedules, reservations, and reports reflect the correct local time.
Customers will see class times in the time zone set on their device.
Your chosen date and time format will appear consistently throughout your account and customer-facing pages.
