Sure! Punchpass lets you keep notes about each client you work with. We add a date to each entry so you can see progression over time.
Add a note to the customer account
From the Info tab of a customer account, at the bottom of the page is a Notes section where you can write information about a customer.
Flag a customer account to add a note that appears when taking attendance
You can also flag a customer account and write a brief message.
This flag will appear on the customer account, on each class details page alongside upcoming reservations, and next to the customer's name during attendance.

Create a flag on a customer account
From the customer's account, click the Info tab, and press the Flag Customer button.
A pop-up window opens and you can enter a brief message. Press Flag Customer.
And we see the message on the customer account.
And on the class details pages for upcoming reservations.
Removing a flag
To remove a flag, just go to the customer’s account and click Remove Flag.
