Sure! Punchpass lets you keep notes about each client you work with. We add a date to each entry so you can see progression over time.
Add Internal Team Notes to the Customer Account
From the Info tab of a customer account, at the bottom of the page is a Notes section where you can write information about a customer.
Flag a Customer Account
Flags are notes that will appear alongside customer reservations on class pages.
Flags are visible only to your team, on the customer account, on each class details page alongside upcoming reservations, and next to the customer's name during attendance.

Creating a Flag on a Customer Account
From the customer's account, click the Info tab, and press the Flag Customer button.
A pop-up window opens and you can enter a brief message. Press Flag Customer.
And we see the message on the customer account.
And on the class details pages for upcoming reservations.
Removing a Flag
To remove a flag, just go to the customer’s account and click Remove Flag.
Add Internal Team Notes to the Schedule
Add private notes visible only to your team members at the bottom of each class page. These notes appear on your internal schedule view but remain hidden from customers.
To add a team note, visit a class page and scroll down to the Notes section.
