Sure! Punchpass lets you keep notes about each client you work with.  We add a date to each entry so you can see progression over time.

Want to flag the client for special handling?

Just go to the customer's profile and Info tab to flag them.

When that person attends class, you'll see the flag & the corresponding message.

The flag icon also appears after the customer's name during attendance. Hover over the icon to read the flag details!

To remove a flag, just go to the customer’s account and click Remove Flag. :)
