How to Resend a Reservation Confirmation Email to a Customer

Was a reservation email not received? Need to send another reservation confirmation email?

Note: This guide covers manually resending confirmation emails for existing reservations. If you're looking to set up automated email notifications for new reservations, please see our guide to setting up email notifications in Punchpass.

Sometimes customers don't receive their reservation confirmation email or need it sent again. Punchpass makes it easy to resend these emails whenever needed.


Ways to Resend Confirmation Emails

1. From the Customer Account

You can resend the Reservation Confirmation email in a couple of places within the customer account: the Reservations in Upcoming Classes section and if the customer has a reservation in a series, from the Series Reservations section too. ​

From the Reservations in Upcoming Classes Section:

  1. Navigate to the customer's account

  2. Find the reservation in the Reservations in Upcoming Classes section

  3. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the class time

  4. Select Resend Reservation Confirmation Email

For Series Reservations:

  1. Navigate to the customer's account

  2. Scroll down to the Series Reservations section

  3. Click the Actions menu

  4. Select "Resend Series Reservation Confirmation Email" option


2. From the Class Details Page

You can also resend confirmation emails from the class roster:

  1. Navigate to the specific class details page

  2. Find the customer in the roster

  3. Click the three-dot (⋮) icon to the left of the customer's name

  4. Press the Resend Email button

After resending, Punchpass will display a confirmation message that the email was sent.

And the customer will receive a message with the subject "Class Registration Received..."
