Step-by-Step: How to Move to Punchpass

2. Export Your Data from Your Current Software
Most scheduling software allows you to export your data as a CSV or Excel file. Look for options to export your customer lists, passes, and memberships. If you need help finding this option, your current provider’s support team should be able to assist.

3. Send Us Your Data for Importing
You can add your customers to Punchpass yourself, but our team can take care of that for you! Once you have exported your data, follow these steps to ensure a smooth upload experience:

Send the files to our team along with any special instructions or notes.
We’ll import your customer list and passes into your Punchpass account. Our team uploads data on business days and aims to get things imported within 48 hours.

4. Transitioning Memberships to Punchpass
Once your customer list and passes are imported, you’ll want to transition any existing memberships to Punchpass.
You'll need to:
Create your membership offers in Punchpass, here's our guide to setting up memberships in Punchpass. These membership details should match your existing offers exactly: name, price, pass length, etc.|
If you are currently using Stripe for payments, please review this guide on transitioning Stripe memberships to Punchpass. There are a couple of additional steps to take and we may be able to import information for you!
If you using something other than Stripe for payments, you will need to manually assign the memberships and direct members to update their credit card information. We have the information for migrating non-Stripe memberships here.
5. Complete Your Account Setup
After we’ve imported your data, take a moment to review your setup:
Verify your class schedule,
Review your passes for sale,
Personalize the appearance of your Punchpass account,
