You don’t need a special app to access Punchpass on your phone or tablet—everything works right from your mobile browser! Here’s how you can make the most of Punchpass on the go.
What Can You Do on Mobile?
As an admin or instructor, you can manage key tasks directly from your phone:
✅ Check class schedules – View upcoming classes and instructor assignments.
✅ Mark attendance – Quickly check in clients for classes or appointments.
✅ Manage reservations – Add, edit, or remove customer bookings.
✅ Sell passes and memberships – Process purchases on the spot.
✅ Communicate with clients – Send emails or messages directly from Punchpass.
Everything works just like on a computer, optimized for mobile use!
Adding Punchpass to Your Home Screen
Note: Please log out of Punchpass on your mobile device prior to saving the app.
On iPhone (Safari)
Open Punchpass in Safari. You sign into the app here or directly from your studio schedule.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
Name it “Punchpass” and tap Add.
On iPad (Safari)
Open Punchpass in Safari. You sign into the app here or directly from your studio schedule.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
Name it “Punchpass” and tap Add.
On Android (Chrome)
Open Punchpass in Chrome. You sign into the app here or directly from your studio schedule.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
Select Add to Home screen.
Save the app to your phone or bookmark the link, your choice!
Now, you can tap the Punchpass icon on your home screen for easy access—just like an app!
Changing Accounts as an Admin or Instructor
If you have both a customer and an Administrator account associated with your email address, you can change which account you're using with the mobile app by clicking on the Punchpass navigation icon and selecting Change Studio
When you press the Change Studio option, you'll be on the Select an Account page, and here you'll choose the account you'll like to use.
Troubleshooting & Tips
If Punchpass looks small or hard to read, try rotating your phone or zooming in.
If you're having trouble logging in, clear your browser cache or reset your password.
For the smoothest experience, keep your browser updated and use Chrome or Safari.
