Is there a way to get a report on customers who haven't attended a class in a certain amount of time? Yes!
With the Customer Attendances report you can identify the date of a customer's last attendance. And this report allows you to email customers directly through Punchpass or export the list to use with your marketing software.
How to identify customers that haven't visited in a while
Navigate to the Reports section and select the Customer Attendances report:
On the Customer Attendance report, pick a date range that is longer than the timeframe and press apply. You can type the dates in or use the date picker to make a selection.
In this example, I'd like to identify customers who haven't visited in the last few months.
As this report shows the date of the last attendance, I'll select a 6-month timeframe so that I'll see those results!
And then sort the sheet by the Last Attendance column. You'll see for this example date range, after sorting the sheet we can see that there are customers who haven't attended since last August.
Emailing the selected Customers
With your list of customers, you can now reach out to them! Select the individual customers or all of them.
Once a customer is selected, the option to email the selected customers or export the list becomes available.
