NOTE: This overview only pertains to accounts who are using Stripe for Online Payments and set to require a customer to have a pass in order to book! If you want to change plans to get access, head to Manage Settings > Billing, or contact us at [email protected].
If your class or Series requires a pass to book, and the customer doesn’t have available credits, they’ll be shown the list of eligible passes (and memberships) that they can purchase:
The customer will then select the pass or membership from the list of eligible options, and will be sent to the purchase page:
When they click to Purchase, they'll see the Stripe checkout page and enter their payment information. After a successful checkout, the customer will see confirmation the pass purchase AND reservation!
If they select a membership, the membership details will display, as well as the full class list if they are registering for a series:
