A customer arrives in person and wants to register for your ticketed workshop, class, or event. You have space in the class, but you've set up tickets – what do you do?

Who can perform this action?

Assigning a ticket or pass is limited to restricted and admin-level users.

Who can use this feature?

Tickets are supported with Banyan and Redwood Punchpass plans.

How to Assign a Ticket for an Event or Individual Class

Assigning a ticket to an event is just a few quick clicks away!

Here's how to do this BEFORE you take attendance. Please see the instructions below for assigning a ticket after marking attendance.

Assigning a Series Ticket

If a customer is paying in person, or you wish to book them in and invoice them for the entire series ticket, you’ll first want to sign them up for the series.

Create the Series Reservation

From the class page, click the Add A New Reservation button, select the reservation type (all classes in the series or individual class), then search for and select the customer.

Please note: If you're not seeing the option to register a customer for an individual class in the series and want to, please see this guide to setting up individual reservations in a series!

Does the Customer Need a Pass?

If they do not have an eligible pass or an existing ticket on file for the series, the customer will show up flagged as "Needs Pass."

Assigning the Series Ticket

To assign the ticket and start the payment process, click the three-dot icon next to the customer name and press the Assign Ticket button.
