Whether a customer gives you a heads up or wishes to change mid-membership period, Punchpass can help you make the switch!

For Stripe Memberships:

To charge the membership to the same credit card, click on the current membership and select "Create New Membership charged to this saved credit card." 

You can edit the renewal date if you need it to match their usual recurring date (if the old membership renewed on the 15th, you can set the new renewal date to the 15th):

Once you have the new membership set up, you can cancel the existing membership. The last pass on the membership will still be available, however you can delete it if you wish!

NOTE: If there were any attendances assigned to the last pass, you will need to edit and assign them to the new membership before you can delete it.

For Non-Stripe Memberships

1) Go to the current membership and click "Cancel This Membership"

2) Assign a new membership and select the desired start date.

If they wish to switch mid-payment period, you can then:

3) Edit the renewal date of the new membership to match the renewal date of the canceled membership (if the old membership renewed on the 15th, you can set the new renewal date to the 15th):

4) Delete the last pass of the canceled membership. 

NOTE: If there were any attendances assigned to the last pass, you will need to edit and assign them to the new membership before you can delete it.
