You can send automatic reminders to your customers about their upcoming reservations.  To set this up, go to Manage Account, Reservation/Schedule Settings.

On the left side of the page are the settings for Reservations.  Simply check off the box that says Yes - Send my customers a reminder....

That will let you choose the number of days before the reservation to send the reminder - 1, 2, or 3 days.  All reminders are sent at 4pm local time.  

Reminders cannot currently be customized - we simply remind the customer about the reservation, provide details around the specific class, and include the same link to cancel the reservation that they received in their original confirmation email.

If you want to see the status of these emails, click on Reports on the homepage, then Delivered Emails.  The emails will have a subject of 'Reservation Reminder:....'  Here's what the email looks like:

If you offer online pass sales & the customer still needs a pass,  we also include a payment reminder with a link. 

That's it!  Set it and forget it.  Your customers will get a class reminder and you have another tool to reduce no-shows.
