How to Schedule a Single Class
There are three quick ways to add a one-time class to your schedule!
1. Add a class to the Schedule by visiting the class date. Click on the three-dot icon for the day and choose 'Add a single class to today'.
2. Add a future class from the Schedule by clicking the "Add Single Class" button at the top.
From your Punchpass navigation, click Schedule.
Select either the Calendar or List view, and click the +Add Single Class button.
Fill in the class details, including the class name, time, and instructor.
3. Add a class from the Manage > Classes section by selecting the class and using the Add a One-Time Class option.
Setting Up Weekly or Biweekly Recurring Classes
You have the option to create class times that repeat each week or every two weeks! The biweekly option is particularly useful for classes that alternate with other activities or for those looking to offer a class on a less frequent basis.
How to Create a Recurring Class
Note: When we use the term "biweekly" to describe the frequency of repetition, it means occurring every two weeks or fortnightly.
Create a New Class or Edit an Existing One
First, go to the Manage > Classes section. If you’re creating a new class, click on Add a New Class and follow our guide to creating a class.
If you’re editing an existing class, find the class in your list and click on the name.
Set Up the Recurring Schedule
From the class overview page, press the Manage the Schedule button.
In the Add New Repeating Class Times section, specify:
The days the class meets (multiple selections allowed)
Start time and duration
Start date
Reservation policies, including the number of available spots and cancellation window
Frequency: Choose if the class meets weekly or biweekly
Instructor and location (if applicable)
Whether the class is free or online
After entering these details, click the Add Class Time button to save the recurring schedule.
Offering an Online Class?
After adding the class time to your schedule, you might wish to make some additional customizations!
If you're using our Zoom integration, Zoom links will automatically be created for all the online classes. No further action needed!
If you're using another service for online classes, please see our guide to Creating Online Classes with Vimeo Livestream, Whereby, Google Meet, and More
Need to Edit a Recurring Class?
If you need to change the recurring schedule after saving, you can do so by editing the class and adjusting the Repeating Schedule option. Check out our guide to Editing a Recurring Schedule.
Adding Monthly or Irregularly Scheduled Classes
When creating a recurring class schedule in Punchpass, if you teach a monthly class or class happening at any other interval, you'll need to add the classes manually.
