Do you have a customer who has asked you to NOT email them? Here is how to prevent Punchpass from sending them emails by mistake.

Note: Customers that are marked as unsubscribed will continue to receive transactional emails pass purchase receipts and class reservation reminders. Unsubscribing someone only prevents them from receiving the emails you send through Punchpass.

Manually unsubscribe customer accounts

Go to the customer's account on Punchpass, click the Info tab, and click Edit Info.

This opens the Edit Customer page, where you'll see a checkbox to mark them as unsubscribed. Select the checkbox and press Save.

That's it - you will see an orange 'Marked Unsubscribed' flag right under their email address in their account.

Resubscribe a customer account

If a customer needs to be resubscribed, you will need to go to their account, click the Info tab, and click the Resubscribe button:
