Do you have a customer who has asked you to NOT email them? Here is how to prevent Punchpass from sending them emails by mistake.
1 - Go to the customer's account on Punchpass and click the Info tab and click Edit.
2 - Check the 'Unsubscribe' box.
3 - Click Save.
That's it - you will see an orange 'Marked Unsubscribed' flag right under their email address in their account.
NOTE - Punchpass will still send the customer an email if they register for a class OR if they purchase a pass online. Those are customer created events and you cannot turn those email receipts off.
If a customer needs to be resubscribed, you will need to go to their Info tab, and click the Resubscribe button:
