If an offer was purchased online with Stripe, you can refund the charge via Punchpass.
You can refund the full amount OR a partial amount, however, you can only process one refund per pass.
How to Issue a Refund
Navigate to the customer's account page. From the Customers > Active Customer list, select the customer account to open the page.
Find the customer's pass, ticket or membership.
Click on the pass or ticket to open its details page.
If refunding a membership payment, click on the membership, scroll down to a specific pass, and open its details page.
If you're refunding a purchase that expired or a pass that's full, you might need to visit the History tab of the customer account to locate the purchase.
Initiate the refund.
Enter the refund amount.
5. Confirm the refund. Once refunded, the pass details will show both the original charge and the refunded amount.
Note: On any Pass Sales reports Punchpass will use the formula: Pass cost - Pass refund to calculate your actual revenue from the pass.
Please be aware that the original pass is NOT deleted when you process the refund. Here's how to delete a pass.
