How to Delete an Instructor

Removing an instructor from the public schedule and your account

If an instructor is no longer with your studio, you can remove them from the public schedule (so they no longer appear listed in the Instructors' dropdown menu) and also delete their user account to prevent access to your studio.

Moving an Instructor from Your Active Instructors List to Inactive Status

From Manage > Settings, select the Instructors & Users section, and scroll down to the Active Instructors section.

Click on the name of the instructor listed.

From the Instructor's page, scroll to the bottom. You'll see the option to deactivate the instructor if they have taught classes or the option to delete the instructor if they haven't taught any classes.


Choosing the option to "Deactivate" them will move them to the Inactive Instructor list. They will be hidden from your public schedule when they no longer have any classes listed.


Deleting a User Account

If you want to remove someone's ability to access Punchpass, you can delete their user account.

At the top of the Instructors & Users section, you'll see the Users with Log-In Access list. Click on the name of the person to open their account profile.

At the bottom of the page, there is an option to delete a user account. Deleting a user account is a permanent action, so please be mindful!
