If an instructor is no longer with your studio, you can remove them from the public schedule (so they no longer appear listed in the Instructors' dropdown menu) and also delete their user account to prevent access to your studio.
Removing an instructor from the schedule
From Manage Settings, select the Instructors & Users section, and scroll down to the Active Instructors section.
Click on the name of the instructor listed.
From the Instructor's page, scroll to the bottom. You'll see the option to deactivate the instructor if they have taught classes or the option to delete the instructor if they haven't taught any classes.
Deleting an instructor
When an instructor has taught classes, you'll see the option to deactivate the instructor.
and this will move them to the inactive instructor list and off the schedule.
The option to delete an instructor only appears if they haven't taught any classes.
Deleting a user account
If you want to remove someone's ability to access Punchpass, you can delete their user account.

At the top of the Instructors & Users section, you'll see the Users with Log-In Access list. Click on the name of the person to open their account profile.
At the bottom of the page, there is an option to delete a user account. Deleting a user account is a permanent action, so please be mindful!
