You can delete a series from your class offerings as long as there are no reservations for it.

Before deleting a series, check the following:

  • Are there full-series reservations? If anyone is registered for the entire series, you'll need to remove them first.

  • Are there individual class reservations? If someone booked just one class from the series, that class will remain on the schedule as a standalone session after you delete the series. You may need to manually remove it if it's no longer needed.

After deleting the series, review your schedule and remove any remaining class times if necessary.

How to Delete a Series From Your Schedule

Step 1: Go to Manage > Classes and from the Active Series section, select the series you want to delete.

Step 2: Remove Series Reservations Made With Tickets

For series that are using tickets, you'll want to process the ticket for the customer and then remove them from the series:

  1. To delete and/or refund the ticket for the customer, press the Manage Ticket link to process the ticket. Here is a detailed guide to deleting and/or refunding a ticket for a customer.

2. And once the ticket has been managed, navigate to the customer account and select the Remove from Series option to delete their class reservation for all classes in the series.

Step 3: Delete Series Reservations Made With Passes

For series that are using passes for payment, press the Delete Reservations link to remove the series reservation:

Step 4: Delete the Series

Please note: You cannot delete a series with reservations. You must remove or delete the reservations to then delete the series.

Once the series reservations have been deleted, the button to Delete the series will appear.

Press the Delete button to delete the series.

A confirmation message will appear letting you know the series has been deleted. The series and the underlying classes will be removed from your schedule.
