New Feature Alert! Starting from December 2024, you can adjust the cancellation window for a class when setting up a class type or repeating schedule.
You can now easily adjust the cancellation window for different class types and class times, giving you way more flexibility around class bookings!
Set the default studio wide cancellation window under the Online Reservations page, but then set any overrides when you:
This update is great if you would like to set different cancellation windows depending on the different classes, courses, workshops and special events that your studio offers.
Setting the Default Cancellation Window
To set the default cancellation window for your studio, navigate to Manage > Settings > Online Reservations and locate the following setting:

Any changes made below will override the above default cancellation window.
How to Set a Custom Cancellation Window for a New Class Type
You can create a new class type with a different cancellation window than the studio wide default!
Here's how:
From Manage > Classes select Set Up a New Class.
Enter the new class information.
To set the custom cancellation window:
Select the checkbox to Set custom cancellation window for this class
Select the new cancellation window from the dropdown.
Select Save Class.
How to Create a Recurring Class Time with a Custom Cancellation Window
You can also create a recurring class with a different cancellation window than the studio wide default!
Here's how:
From Manage > Classes, select an existing class.
Press the Manage the Schedule button at the top of the page, or if you are lower on the page Manage the Repeating Schedule
Enter the new class information.
To set the custom cancellation window:Select the checkbox to Set custom cancellation window for this class
Select the new cancellation window from the dropdown.
Press the Add Class Time button at the bottom of the page to add this recurring class to your schedule.
How to Edit the Cancellation Window for an Existing Recurring Class Time
From Manage > Classes, select an existing class
Press the Manage the Schedule button at the top of the page, or if you are lower on the page Manage the Repeating Schedule
Press Edit on the recurring class time you are wanting to update
Select Change Details
To set the custom cancellation window:
Select the checkbox to Set Set custom cancellation window for this class
Select the new cancellation window from the dropdown.
Select Update Class Time Details

Which custom cancellation window will be used when creating a series?
The system will use the cancellation window set at the class type level (if present). If a custom cancellation window is not set at the class type level, the series will default to the studio wide setting.
