New Feature Alert! Starting from December 2024, you can adjust the size limit in a class when setting up a recurring classtime, scheduling a one-time class or workshop, creating a Series, and editing an existing class.
You can now easily adjust the number of spots available in different classtimes, giving you way more flexibility around class booking! Set the default number of reservations available at the class type level, but then set any overrides when you:
This update is perfect for handling multiple locations where class size may vary. You can still keep the same class type while customizing the number of spots available in individual or recurring class sessions!
How to Create a One-Time Class with a Custom Class Size
When you set up a class, you can choose to define a default number of spots available, but you now have the option to add one-time classes to the schedule that has a custom class limit!
Here's how:
From Manage > Classes, select an existing class. In this example, you'll see the class has been set up to have a default class limit of 10 people.
Scroll down the page. Click the button to Add a One-Time Class.
From the Add a One-Time Class to your Schedule page, enter the class details.
To set the custom class size limit:
Select the checkbox to Set customer class limit for number of reservations?
Select the new class limit from the dropdown:
Press Save to add this class with a custom size limit to the schedule!
How to Create a Recurring Class with a Custom Class Size
You also can create a recurring class with a different size limit than the class default!
Here's how:
From Manage > Classes, select an existing class. In this example, you'll see the class has been set up to have a default class limit of 10 people.
Press the Manage the Schedule button at the top of the page, or if you are lower on the page Manage the Repeating Schedule
Enter the new class information.
To set the custom class limit:Select the checkbox to Set Set customer class limit for number of reservations
Select the new class size limit from the dropdown.
Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to add this recurring class to your schedule.
How to Edit the Size Limit of an Existing Individual Class
From the Schedule, navigate to a class page, click the Actions dropdown and select the option to Edit Class.
To change the class size:
Select the checkbox to Set custom class limit for number of reservations?
Select the new class size limit from the dropdown.
Press the Save or Update Class button.

How to Set the Class Limit of a Series
When setting up a series, you will now be prompted to set the class size limit across the series. This will override any class sizes previously set for the classtimes that become linked to the series.

Click on the series name under Manage > Classes
Click Edit
Scroll down and select the number of spots you would like to offer in the series from the dropdown:
