How can I set up my Custom Public Home Page?

Create a custom home page with the Punchpass Redwood plan!

If you're on our Redwood plan, you have access to the Custom Home Page feature.

What is the Custom Home Page?

The Custom Home Page allows you to change the home page of your Punchpass account from the public schedule to a customer-facing page where you can:

  • Highlight important information about your studio

  • Promote special offers or popular passes and memberships

  • Feature a video from your content library as a welcome message or promotion of online content!

Please note this feature is only available on certain Punchpass plans. Please contact support if you need assistance changing plans!

Turning On the Custom Public Homepage

Under Manage Settings > Public Web Pages, you can scroll down to Homepage to toggle the feature On, then click Save:

Then, you can select which features you wish to show on your public homepage

  1. Show featured passes/memberships (Select these under Manage Passes, click here to learn how!)

  2. Show a featured video from the Content Library (Select this under Manage Content Library, click here for the how-to!)

  3. Show upcoming classes on the homepage (displays the day with the next upcoming classes scheduled)

  4. Show upcoming appointments on the homepage (displays appointments for Today and Tomorrow)

  5. Custom Homepage Content is an open text box where you can enter any information you wish potential and current customers to see when they come to the page!

    TIP: If your text above your schedule (under Manage Settings > Public Schedule), is pushing the schedule view down, you may want to relocate that text here!

Selecting Featured Passes/Memberships

You may want to highlight popular passes/memberships on your homepage, or special pricing promotions you are running! If so, once you turn on "Show featured passes on the homepage," head to Manage Passes and click on a pass or membership you wish to feature. Next, click the Add to featured passes button to ensure it displays on your homepage!

Selecting a Featured Video from the Content Library

You can choose to show a video from your library below the custom text on your homepage! This is an idea places to consider showing an introduction to your studio promo video or a short example of online video content you have available in your Content Library. To do this, first toggle on the "Show a featured video on the homepage" option, then head to Manage > Content Library to make a selection. Click on the name of the video to access the video's Details page. From there, you can click "Set as featured video" to display it on the homepage! Please note that only one video can be featured on your homepage, if you wish to change the video selected, you can simply click into a different video and set that video to be featured instead.
