How to create a notice
From the Punchpass navigation, click on Schedule, and select Notices. β

To create your notice:
Enter the dates for the notice. If you wish to add the notice to a range of dates, use the first Date field to indicate the Start Date and the second to indicate the End Date.
Create a header or a title for your notice.
Enter any important details.
Press Save.
The notice now appears on your schedule.
You can also create a notice right from the Schedule too!
Need to cancel classes?
Note: When canceling a class, this doesn't automatically delete the reservations, so you'll want to do that first.
With Punchpass you can cancel or delete all of the classes for the day or individually.
Cancel all the classes for the day
From the Schedule, click on the three-dot icon for the day. This opens a pop-up where you'll see the option to cancel all of the classes for that day.
Cancel Classes Individually
You can also cancel individual classes by clicking on the three-dot icon for each class.
Deleting a notice
If you go to Schedule, and then click Notices, you'll see the option to delete each on the right side of the page.
There isn't an option currently to edit notices, but it should be pretty easy to delete the notices you need to and create new ones!
