Punchpass offers the flexibility to schedule private sessions for groups of two or more people, making it easier for you to cater to clients who prefer personalized or small group instruction.
Who can use this feature?
Private Sessions are available on Willow, Banyan, and Redwood plans.
Who can access this feature?
Instructors and users with accounts that have Restricted or Admin access can create Private Reservations and Standing Reservations.
Create a New Private Session
You'll start by creating a private session for one of the customers. Please follow our on How to Create a Private Session.
You then have two options for adding additional people to the standing reservation:
Adding a reservation to an existing private session,
Creating multiple reservations using the bulk reservation tool.
Add a Reservation to an Existing Private Session
After creating a private session, navigate to the class and press the Add a New Reservation button to add another student to the class.
And on the schedule the private session will now indicate multiple people are registered:

From the customer account, click on the + Reservation button and you'll be able to select the private sessions you'd like to reserve for this person.
Save your selections by pressing the Register [Customer Name] For Selected Classes button.
