If you're closing for a holiday or taking another type of break, you may want to extend all of your active memberships!
This action will add time to active membership passes and adjust the end date of the membership if the customer is on their last pass.
Note: Please be mindful when taking this action! To undo any changes to membership renewal dates requires you to change the renewal date for each membership, individually.
How to extend all active memberships
From the Passes & Memberships page (Manage > Passes), click the Actions dropdown, and select Bulk Edit Active Pass End Dates:
Scroll down to the Extend All Current Membership Expiration Dates section.
Use the dropdown to select the number of days you wish to add to the active memberships passes and click Change Active Memberships.
A status message will appear indicating the change has been made.
Your customers will not be notified, but a note indicating the change will appear on the details page of their membership.
Changing membership renewal dates
After extending all of your memberships, if you need to change the renewal dates, this needs to be done individually.
For each membership, navigate to the customer's account and click on the membership to change the membership renewal date.
