If your business is going on a break or taking time off for a holiday, you may want to extend the expiration date on passes! This action will apply only to Active Passes, however this will NOT impact any Memberships.

From the Manage Passes page, click Actions and select Bulk Edit Active Pass End Dates:

Use the drop down to select the number of days you wish to extend or contract from the passes and click Change Active Passes.

This will NOT impact memberships and that your customers will NOT be notified by Punchpass. However, the system will include an internal note on the pass to document the change:
