Working with the Canceled Reservations Report
This report provides more information about who is canceling, and how frequently, and allows Admins to identify how soon before class they are doing it.
The report data is organized to show the reservations for upcoming classes, so the date range begins with today and shows upcoming classes.
Features of the Canceled Reservations Report
Next to the title of the report, the number in the red circle indicates the total number of results for the defined time period. This table shows a maximum of 1,000 results.
You can sort the information by adjusting the date range, clicking on a column to sort the information, and searching by customers and classes too.
