The Upcoming Reservations Report provides a comprehensive view of future bookings at your studio. Located in the Reports section of PunchPass, this tool displays up to 1,000 upcoming reservations and includes various filtering options to help you manage your schedule effectively.
Who can use this feature?
This feature is accessible to admin-level users on all Punchpass plans.
Accessing the Report
From the Reports section, click on the Upcoming Reservations Report.
Key Features of the Upcoming Reservations Report
Detailed Reservation Information
Each entry in the report includes:
Class date and time
Class name
Customer name
Reservation creator (customer, admin, instructor or staff member, standing reservation)
Date and time when the reservation was made
Filtering Options
Narrow down your results using these methods:
Search box: Filter by customer name, class name, date, or reservation creator
Date picker: Select a specific date range to view reservations within that period
Bulk Actions
Manage multiple reservations at once:
Select multiple reservations to email customers
Use the Actions menu to bulk delete selected reservations. For more information on deleting reservations, see our guide to Deleting a Reservation.
Data Export
Export the report data for use in other applications or for record-keeping purposes.

Regularly review upcoming reservations to anticipate attendance
Use the search function to quickly locate specific customers or classes
Export the data before making bulk changes for backup purposes
Bulk Deleting Reservations
Note: When deleting reservations in bulk, your customers are NOT notified automatically.
How to Delete Multiple Reservations at Once
Use the Date Range functionality to select the window of time.
Select the reservations you'd like to delete using the checkboxes on the left.
And then press the Actions dropdown and select Delete Selected Reservations.
