How to Buy a Gift Card from a Business
If you haven't purchased a gift card yet, head to your studio's Purchase a Pass page, select the Gift Card Pass you wish, and click to purchase:
This takes you to the purchase page. The first name and last name fields are for the person making the purchase.
Are you buying? Then please use your name. :)
Note: Creating an account (login and password) to purchase the gift card isn't required! The purchaser will have to enter their name and email address, but they won't need to create a login if they are just purchasing a gift for someone.
What Happens After Someone Purchases a Gift Card?
Once you have purchased your gift card, you will receive a receipt email and an email with your Gift Card code.
The gift card code will grant your gift recipient 100% off their pass!
We have also included a link in the receipt email that includes the gift card code, so you can copy the link and share it with your recipient for easy redemption:
Giving your Gift
In the Gift Card Purchase email, we include a link directly to the pass for purchase with the discount code included. This link will then need to be shared with the gift recipient:
The link leads them here to easily redeem the pass! Gift card codes are valid for the pass purchased and valued at a 100% discount.
What if the Gift Recipient isn't a Customer Yet?
If the recipient is not a client yet, the business can add their information to create a customer account for them!
