Archiving a gift card in Punchpass is a simple way to keep your system organized while retaining the details for future reference.

Who can use this feature?
Gift cards and family accounts are supported with Banyan and Redwood Punchpass plans.

To create a gift card, this feature requires using our Stripe integration.

Archiving or Deleting a Gift Card

  1. Go to Manage > Passes.

  2. Select the Gift Card from the list. You might find it easier to locate a gift card by sorting the table of passes by "Type." Click on the name to open the details page.

  3. Archive or Delete the Gift Card
On the gift card details page, click the Actions menu.

    • Select either "Archive" or "Delete." The "Delete" option will only appear if the gift card hasn't been sold.

  4. Confirm the Action
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the action of archiving the gift card. Click Confirm to proceed.

Reviewing Archived Gift Cards

You'll find your arrived gift cards on the Archived Passes & Memberships page.

  1. From Manage > Passes, click on the Archived Passes & Memberships button.

  2. Filter the list of Archived offers for your gift cards or use the search box.

Reactivating (and Editing) an Archived Gift Card

There can only be one gift card associated with a pass. If you'd like to reactivate and edit an archived gift card, here's what to do:

  1. From your Archived Passes & Memberships list (see above) and click on the name to open the details page.

  2. From the Actions dropdown:

    • Select Edit to update the description and price.

    • Select Enable to activate the gift card.
