How do I update my billing information?

Manage your Punchpass subscription

From the Billing section of your account settings, you will be able to make changes to your plan and subscription! Head to Manage Settings > Billing to get started!

On a Trial? Sign Up to Continue

If you are currently on the trial and want to sign up for a Punchpass subscription, first be sure you select your preferred currency, then click Sign Up to Continue Using Punchpass! If you sign up prior to the trial end date, your card will not be charged until the trial ends πŸ˜ƒ

Manage your Punchpass Subscription

If you are currently on a Punchpass plan, navigate to Manage Settings > Billing to:

  • Update your subscription billing information,

  • Download your Punchpass invoices,

  • Update your Punchpass payment method,

  • Change your billing currency,

  • And change your Punchpass plan

Update your Subscription Billing Information

Once you're on a paid plan, you'll see a Billing Information section.

Click on the Visit Stripe Billing Portal to update the contact information for your subscription and download invoices.

Need to update your payment method?

You'll see an option to update the current credit card Punchpass uses to bill your Punchpass subscription.

Click Change Credit Card to update your subscription payment method.

Change the currency for your plan (AUD/CAD pricing)

If you want to change to a different pricing plan after you are officially signed up with Punchpass, you can still return to the Billing page to make that change. you can see our different pricing plans in each currency here.

You can change your plan with us at anytime! We'll note in the account that your next month's payment with be pro-rated for the time spent on the new plan:
