Can you change the ticket price for a class that's already set up? Yes, you can! You can update a fixed price ticket or a sliding scale (donation-based) ticket at any time — the steps below work for both.
1. From Manage > Classes, navigate to the active class. We'll use the Zumba class for this example. Click on the class name to open the class details page.
2. On the Class Details page, you'll see the ticket that currently exists. Press the "Disable Tickets" button to remove the existing ticket for the class.
3. Punchpass will fire up a warning message, but don't worry we'll be making a new ticket. Press the "OK" to continue.
4. Punchpass then displays a message confirming that tickets have been disabled for the class. And you'll see the ticket has been removed.
5. Press the "Enable Tickets for this Class" button to create a new ticket for the class.
6. This opens the page to create a ticket. Here you can choose between a fixed price or a sliding scale (donation-based) price:
Fixed price: Enter the new ticket cost, then press Save.
Sliding scale (donation-based) price: Toggle on "Is this a donation-based ticket?" and enter a new minimum price and maximum price. Customers will be able to choose any amount within that range when they book- whole numbers only, and $0 is allowed as a minimum if you'd like the class to be fully pay-what-you-can. Press Save.
7. The class details page now displays a confirmation message and you'll see your new ticket with the updated pricing.
