Add a Booking Agreement

A custom text agreement at the time of booking

What's a Booking Agreement?

Punchpass allows you to add a brief custom message that appears below the "Reserve My Spot..." button when students are making a reservation.


This is a great spot to add a short note about your cancellation policies, saftety guidelines, or other studio rules before someone makes a reservation.

The highlighted text in the sceenshot below is an example of how a custom booking agreement appears.


Create your Booking Agreement

To add your text, head to Manage > Settings > Online Reservations section, and scroll to Below Booking Button Text section.

This text will be applied to all class types for reservations, but this text will not be shown under a pass purchase.


Here's How Your Customers Will Experience a Booking Agreement

For reservation scenarios where someone needs to be logged in, they'll experience the booking agreement as:
