Accepting payment with iDEAL using the Stripe checkout and Punchpass
iDEAL is one of the most popular ways to pay in the Netherlands. To start accepting payments with iDEAL, there are two steps.
Note: You will only see the option below after you have connected to Stripe and if your currency in Punchpass and Stripe is set to Euros.
Activate iDEAL in your Stripe Dashboard. You will need to have an activated Stripe account and will need to accept the iDEAL Terms of Service.
In Punchpass, go to Manage > Settings, select Online Payments, and check off the box to enable iDEAL as an option.
That's it! iDEAL is now available for your customers for single purchases (not memberships/recurring payments.) When they check out they will see the option to use iDEAL:
Accepting payment with Bancontact using the Stripe checkout and Punchpass
Bancontact is one of the most popular payment methods in Belgium. To start accepting payments with Bancontact, there are two steps.
Note: You will only see the option below after you have connected to Stripe and if your currency in Punchpass and Stripe is set to Euros.
Activate Bancontact in your Stripe Dashboard. You will need to have an activated Stripe account and will need to accept the Bancontact Terms of Service.
In Punchpass, go to Manage > Settings, select the Online Payments section, and check off the box to enable Bancontact as an option.
That's it! Bancontact is now available for your customers for single purchases (not memberships/recurring payments.) When they check out they will see the option to use Bancontact:
