The Customers - Zero Attendance Report shows you every customer who hasn't attended a single class during a date range you choose. Think of it as the flip side of the Customer Attendance Summary report: instead of showing you who did show up, it shows you who didn't. You'll find it in the Reports section, under Attendances.
Who can use this feature?
This report is accessible to admin-level users on all Punchpass plans.
Why Use the Zero Attendance Report?
Life gets busy, and sometimes customers drift away without meaning to. This report gives you a quick, no-guesswork list of exactly who's gone quiet during a given stretch of time, so you can reach out before they forget about you altogether. It's a simple way to stay on top of who might need a little extra love, without having to comb through your full customer list by hand.
How to Access the Zero Attendance Report
Navigate to the Reports section of your Punchpass account. Under Attendances, look for Customers - Zero Attendance.
What Does the Zero Attendance Report Show?
From the Customers - Zero Attendance Report page, set your date range using the calendar picker in the top right, then click Set Range.
For your selected date range, the report lists everyone who had no attendance at all, showing their first and last name, their child's name if the customer has kids on their account, and a Last Attendance column.
Last Attendance is the most recent date that specific customer or child attended any class. It will often fall outside your selected date range as that's the purpose of the report, and it will be empty entirely if they've never attended a class with you.
Hiding Children from the Report Results
Children are handled the same way they are on the Customer Attendance Summary report: each child on a family account who didn't attend gets their own row, separate from the parent, so nobody gets lost in a shared account. If you'd rather see just your adult customers, you can toggle Hide Children at the top of the report to collapse those rows out of view.
No Shows and Late Cancels
It's also worth knowing that no-shows and late cancels don't count as attending. If someone only no-showed or late-canceled during your selected range, they'll still show up on this report, since they never actually made it to class.
Excluding No Shows and Late Cancels from the Report Results
If you'd rather exclude those customers, export the report-- the exported version highlights them and adds dedicated No Show and Late Cancel columns marked "Yes," so you can filter them out in your spreadsheet of choice.
Exporting the Report Results
The export also includes each customer's email address, which makes it easy to import your list straight into your emailing software if you want to build a targeted re-engagement campaign outside of Punchpass.
Example Scenarios
Finding Customers Who Haven't Attended in the Last 3 Months
Say you want to check in on anyone who hasn't been to a single class in the last three months. You'd set the report's date range to cover that full stretch and pull up the Zero Attendance report. Anyone who appears on the list didn't attend a class at any point during those three months, kids included if you like, or hidden if you just want to focus on the adults.
In this example, it's September 2026. We've set the date range to be June 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026.
Emailing the Customers
From there, you can select the customers you want to reach out to and use Email Selected Customers to send a friendly "we miss you" note right from Punchpass. We have a handy email templates tool, if you'd like to save your email and use it again and again!
Or, if you'd rather run the campaign from your own emailing software, export the report instead. The export gives you each customer's email address ready to import, along with No Show and Late Cancel columns so you can decide whether to include or filter out anyone who technically had a booking during that time but didn't make it to class.
