Understanding Forgiven Attendance

Forgiven attendance is when a customer was marked as having attended a class but the studio decided not to deduct a class pass or count the attendance against the customer’s total.

This might happen if you're forgiving a No Pass Attendance.

Why Use the Forgiven Attendance Report?

This report is particularly useful for tracking when attendance forgiveness has been applied, helping you manage customer records and class pass usage accurately.

From this report, you can sort forgiven attendances by name, the class, or class date.

You can also email selected customers directly from this report or export the information into your favorite spreadsheet software.
