Handling class reservations effectively is critical for maintaining an organized scheduling system in Punchpass. Below, we outline solutions for two common scenarios involving duplicate reservations and missing reservations.
Managing Duplicate Class Reservations
When a customer has two reservations for the same class, and only one of them is tied to an available pass, you'll want to:
Confirm a customer's reservation intentions before making any changes,
Assign them a pass or ticket for the No Pass reservation,
Delete or cancel either of the duplicate reservations.

Addressing Missing Class Reservations
In cases where a customer has purchased a pass or membership, but the system does not show any reservation for the class:
Manually Create the Reservation: Admins can always create a class reservation in Punchpass.
Prevent Future Errors:
Guide students to make reservations by first locating the class on schedule. We have a tutorial video you can share with them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIGwHigzB
Evaluate whether using tickets for registration would be an appropriate option for your class or workshop.
Review the class settings to evaluate whether the class requires an active pass to book.
By addressing these issues promptly, you can ensure a smoother experience for your customers and more efficient pass utilization within your scheduling system.
