After you have used Punchpass for a while you start to have Passes that you no longer offer.

Options for Preventing Online Sales

Archiving a Pass or Membership

To prevent any future sales, you can archive passes and memberships. This will remove the offer from the Purchase a Pass page and also prevent sales through the direct purchase link.

If you archive the current pass, people who have them will continue to be able to use them.

How to Archive a Pass

To archive a pass, click on Manage > Passes, select the Pass, click the Actions dropdown and select Archive:

Note: If you haven't assigned the pass to any customers then you will see the option to delete it and this will remove the pass from the system.

View all of your Archived Passes

To view ALL of your passes click on Manage > Passes, then click the to see a list of the passes that you've archived:

Reactivate an Archived Pass

If you have an offer you'd like to reuse, you can! From the Archived pass list, you can select a pass and from the Actions dropdown, select Enable to reactivate the pass.

Remove an Offer from the Purchase a Pass Page

You can adjust the online sales settings for each pass or membership you sell, to show and hide passes from the Purchase a Pass.

To remove a pass from the Purchase a Pass page, click on Manage > Passes, select the Pass, click the Actions dropdown and select Edit.

You can then toggle on or off the option to Sell Online in Punchpass. With the option turned off, a pass will no longer appear as visible on the Purchase a Pass page. The direct purchase link will still be active!

Disabling Pass Purchases

You might also notice in the Online Sales Settings for each offer has the option to disable a purchase.

This setting stops the online sale of any specific pass through the Purchase a Pass page and the direct purchase link, but will continue to allow paylinks for invoiced passes.

A good example of using this would be if you discover someone sharing the direct purchase link to a pass on social media and you want to stop people from purchasing, but not block those customers who have been invoiced.

Hope this helps clean up your Punchpass account!
