With Punchpass you can delete a customer only if they don't have an account history. Otherwise, you'll archive them to remove them from the active customer list.

Deleting a Customer

Navigate to the customer's account and click on the Info tab. If the customer has no passes, no class attendances, and no class reservations, you can click More and then Delete Customer.

If the customer has attended classes, purchased passes, or has reservations, you'll need to delete this information to then be able to delete their account.

Archiving a Customer

If the customer has a history in Punchpass (i.e. has bought a pass or attended a class) you cannot delete the customer, but you can archive them. This will remove them from your Active Customer list.

The archive link is in the exact same spot as the Delete link in the Customer's account. Click on the More dropdown and select the Archive option.

Archiving multiple customers at once

If you're tidying up your active customer list, you use the bulk archive tool to archive multiple customers at once.
