Sure! We'd recommend taking a screenshot of your public-facing schedule. You can print a day at a time, a week at a time, or a month at a time -- whatever makes the most sense for your business.

You can open the public schedule from the home page of your Punchpass account by pressing the Public Schedule button.

And you you're welcome to print the schedule from the browser, but we also like taking a screenshot too.

If you already have a screenshot tool, just go into your public schedule page, grab the screenshot, then print it off.

Take a screenshot with Safari on Mac

Here's how to take a screenshot on the visible portion of your window:

  • Press Command-Shift-4. The pointer changes to a crosshair pointer.

  • Move the crosshair pointer to where you want to start the screenshot.

  • Drag to select an area. While dragging, you can hold the Shift key, Option key, or Space bar to change the way the selection moves.

  • When you've selected the area you want, release your mouse or trackpad button. To cancel, press the Escape (esc) key before you release the button.

  • Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.

You can just go into your public schedule page, grab the screenshot, and print it off whenever you want.
