Forgot your password or want to update it for security? No worries—resetting or changing your password is quick and easy!
Resetting Your Password
Visit the Punchpass app https://app.punchpass.com/account/sign_in and click the "Forgot your password?" link.
Enter the email address linked to your account and submit the request.
Check your email for a password reset link. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Click the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.
That’s it! You’re all set to log in with your new password.
Updating Your Password While Logged In
If you're already logged in and want to update your password:
Click on your profile picture (or initials) in the top right corner.
Select "My Profile."
Scroll down to the password section and enter a new one.
Save your changes!

Didn’t Get the Reset Email?
Double-check that you entered the correct email address.
Look in your spam or promotions folder.
If you still don’t see it, try requesting another reset.

Creating an Account With Another Studio?
If you have an account with another studio, you can use the same login credentials for both of your accounts!
If you're signed into Punchpass already, visit the studio schedule and you'll see the option to Join the studio in the Punchpass navigation.
If you're not signed in, no problem! From the Punchpass navigation, visit the studio schedule and click the Create Account button. If you scroll to the bottom of the sign in form, you'll click on the "Already have a Punchpass account? Click here to Sign in" link and it will help you join the studio.
