Resetting your password as a customer
You're a customer at at studio using Punchpass, you know you've created a customer account, but you've forgotten your password.

No problem! You'll want to visit the studio schedule and might be something similar to: http://studioname.punchpass.com.
At the top of the studio schedule, click the Sign In button.
This takes you to the log-in screen where you'll see a link to reset your password.
Click the link to reset your password and we'll send you an email to help you get back into your account.
Creating an account with another studio?
If you have an account with another studio, here's how to create another account using the same login credentials.

Navigate to the studio schedule and press the Create Account button to sign up!
You'll fill out the account details using the same information you use with your other studios.
After filling out your account details, you'll see a message that we have linked their accounts, and receive an email to complete the signup process.
For Instructors and Admin users of Punchpass
You and your staff can reset your Punchpass password right on the Admin login page at app.punchpass.com.
From the Admin login page, click on the Forgot Password link. You'll be guided through steps to set up a new password from there.
